Политика возврата средств
If for any reason the User is not satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned. The return shipping costs will be on the User. Instructions for returned items:
- The User should send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the merchandise's delivery date. The e-mail should indicate the number of order.
- The User will receive an answer containing all the instructions for the return. The goods have to arrive to Santini Group warehouse within 30 days from the merchandise's delivery date.
- Refunds will be processed upon the receiving, the verification and the acceptance of the item are completed. The refunds will be made by the same method of payment used to place the order. The Owner will refund the User the full amount of the items, and not for the extra (from the standard) shipping services, within 7 days from the day receiving the items.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
The products must not be washed or altered and must not show any sign of use. The soles of the shoes must be in a perfect condition and should not show any kind of signs. All shoes and accessories must be returned with all tags, box and original accessories, which are considered to all effects an integral part of the product itself and should not have been damaged and/or altered in any way. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before autorizing returns for defective merchandise.
In case of Extra-EU shipments the Owner is not able to offer a refund in case the customer refuse the box or wishes to avoid paying any customs duties imposed. The Owner will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax / VAT under any circumstances.
The Owner reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns. The product will not be accepted if the return does not comply with all terms and conditions set out in this return policy. In this case the goods will be returned to the sender to the address of the original shipment of the order.
